i'm the totally wrong person for the job!
i'll show them what is wrong with it.. but they won't want to
listen...
instead, they'll attack me personally, and then insist that i'm
negative, anti-establishment.. all kinds of things.. because all my
time here in this department, i've shown the shortcomings of lots
of things...
this rubs those who initiate these things the wrong way.. it makes
them look bad... instead of thinking of how to improve and make the
organisation better and stronger, it's easier to shoot the
messenger and pretend that the thing is perfect..
which is why i've my current reputation and that people have said
that i'll never be considered for promotion... and what makes these
idiots afraid of me is that i've never even cared for promotion or
recognition 
oh well.. i'll try to pad things.. don't want my current boss to
look bad... even when she is barking mad, she's tried her best to
change the attitudes of others to me... small mercies like that
should be appreciated
